I am enquiring on behalf of someone who is unvaccinated against Covid, what are the current entry requirements for entering Portugal, and returning to the UK from Spain? Arriving on the 14th April, returning 3rd May 2022

The key part:

Mandatory
- A valid vaccination EU Digital COVID Certificate (with a complete vaccination schedule or with a complete vaccination schedule and a vaccine booster)
- Or a valid test or recovery EU Digital COVID Certificate,

The test must be carried out by a healthcare proffesional as self test not accepted.
