Everything But The Squeal

A new book by an Englishman called John Barlow, who married a Galician and now lives there. By all accounts, a rather quirky view of Galicia, largely to do with eating pork. According to a review in The Economist, includes the snippet that the church of Maria Salome in Santiago (in the Rua Nova) contains a statue of an angel wearing glasses - well, well, you learn something every day. :)
It has just been published in the US, but for some reason won't be out in the UK until May.
