I love spending some days Post Camino in SdC.
All above mentioned ideas are great.
A visit to a smaller parish church is always wonderful...for instance the San Agustin.
Go to a nice cafe like Casino...read a book and see the world go by.
Go for tapas at Bispo or El Papatorio.
More substantial meals in Resto San Clemente.

Cafe Casino (also called "The Bistro" on its windows) is on Rua do Vilar and is a former gentlemen's club. It is historic, beautiful, and spacious inside and is a great place to have a snack/drink and relax for a bit. I love it!

Also, taking a walk around Alameda park - right outside of old town - is another recommendation.
