Did you know that the earliest opening eating place in Santiago is the Churreria Galicia - it opens at 5am and does a mean pizza!

I won't ask why one might be roaming the streets of Santiago at this time of morning but one might assume that after a busy night of (fill in the blank), pizza tastes just grand!
