Popped into St.James church and got my passport and lots of help... pretty much decided to stick to coast (I think ) Start Thursday morning
The only thing I don't really know is where to stay... first day I'm aiming to keep moving for as long as I can.. so fingers crossed I should pick somewhere up..

I return back to Porto Sunday Night for a more leisurely break with my better half!

Well I made it to Matsohinos so that's a start ...metro so easy even I couldn't get lost..plane late..so might get supplies a little later on route tomorrow ...

3 days running plus a final 20k walk Sunday morning ...it's funny the greatest minutes occurred at my most pained.
Will maybe post a little more later...my Achilles is interrupting my sleep ..a hazard of doing silly runs lol
