Someone asked this exact question a week ago and posted where a guidebook was found. Perhaps you can search for the thread and find where to go. I do know that a year ago someone did find one at Lello.
Here: https://www.caminodesantiago.me/community/threads/purchasing-john-brierley-guide-in-lisbon.47681/I have the same recollection, but haven't been able to find the post.
It was there last November! The shop is lovely. It cost maybe €3 for entrance ticket which is taken off your purchase. I went at 9am on a Saturday and got in after about 10 minute wait. No need to book online (which costs more, I presume because you get a time slot allocated).Hi again, all.
Any recommendations as to where I might find a copy of John Brierly's guidebook in Porto?
Livraria Lello sounds greatly appealing, so will go there in any case. Can I assume I'll find it there, though, or are there other places you'd recommend?
Thanks as always,
L
