Finding stamps in Santiago and early in the route towards Finisterre

I'm departing Santiago on May 1 (Labour Day holiday) and would like to know where I can get stamps in Santiago and early on the route. Will anything be open on the Labour Day holiday?

And I got one at the Parador as I was leaving Santiago on my way to Muxia and Fisterra. After that there were stamps at bars and cafes where I stopped for a drink or a meal, as well as the albergues I stayed at.

You’ll have to try hard to find somewhere in Santiago which doesn’t have a stamp. Catering and accommodation will be functioning normally.
