"Fixing Your Feet" Book Recommendation

I thought I would pass along a recommendation to read the book "Fixing Your Feet" by John Vonhof. I just finished reading it and wished I had read it eight months ago when I was first starting my Camino planning. It is full of great information, tips, treatments and explanation for many of the things we think about (or worry about) as we plan our Camino.

I leave in 3 weeks. Hard to concentrate on anything else (including my job right now).
