We have just spent a couple of days in Nájera. Just wanted to let pilgrims know that we found some great places to eat.
Las Ocas does great coffee, the best hamburgers and also really good pinchos. Christina (the wonderful owner) makes a delicious cake. For an evening meal, we went to El Buen Yantar and found a delicious pilgrims’ menu. I had Menestra (vegetable stew) followed by Pescado (grilled fish) - really recommend this little place.
Oh - can also highly recommend the Municipal Albergue - it was clean and very comfortable with friendly & welcoming hospitaleras
