foreign voltage converter

I just got a Jensen "power and travel", foreign voltage converter and want to use it on the Camino. Anyone used one? did it work ok and what were the challenges if any. (it says it converts 220-240 volts to 110-120 volts ac.)

The only thing I needed to plug in was a battery charger for my camera. I believe most electronic things have a built in converter and all you need is the plug adapter. That was all I used. Check whichever thing you are taking and see if it says it is also 220... if so then just get the plug/
