The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
My brother had booked RWTB for July as part of his bucket list. There were also 2 cruises booked - one across the Med and the other across the Adriatic from Venice. Also a long stay in Italy. Needless to say it has all been cancelled.

It truly would have been a "bucket list" if the timing was different.

What a shame. Such a wonderful festival, and Pamplona is one of my favorite towns on the Camino. I had a really good time years ago when I was able to be there for part of the San Fermin.

I saw somewhere once that for many businesses there the income for just the week or so of San Fermin is equivalent to about 5-6 months of non San Fermin income. That festival really does butter a lot of people's bread in that city.
