I am confused. Are you asking about the Camino del Norte or the Portuguese from Porto? The two routes are kind of on opposite sides of Santiago de Compostela.

The Norte is from Hendeya-Irun on the France/Spain border to Santiago de Compostela, roughly parallel to the CF but further north and running west along the coast. The Portuguese is from Porto in Portugal travelling roughly in a north easterly direction to Santiago de Compostela.

The Norte is a slightly longer than the CF (about 800km) and would fit your time frame. The Portuguese from Porto is much shorter.

Thank you Kanga - I think I am trying to look at starting further North of SJPP and crossing over to Porto ... definitely time I looked at a big map 🙄

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Hello Caz.
As mentioned by Kanga the starting points/legs you mention are problematic. First of all there is no Camino that ends anywhere but in Santiago if all routes were taken to the end point. There is one exception. CDFisterre. Which is the only one to my knowledge that starts in Santiago and ends elsewhere this case in Fisterre (Finisterre). So no way marked route to get you to Porto from SJPP or anyplace North of it.
You can do the del Norte in 5 weeks or if you want to experience both routes allow 3 weeks on the del Norte and bus or train to Porto. Porto to Santiago is 10-12 days. If you need rest days include them in your plans.

You can walk the Ingles or Primitivo to Santiago and then reverse-walk the Portugese to Porto.

The Camino del Salvador starts in León abd ends in Oviedo.
