Franciscan Monastery in Santiago Albergue open?

I stayed at the Franciscan Monastery's Albergue in 2010.

I was wondering if anyone knew if it was still open??

Olá Carl, I tried to get some information wether it´s closed or not, All the informations I got say it´s still open. But nowadays it´s mostly open to homeless people as written in their home page.

It does appear they are asking people to respect that this is accommodation for homeless people in dire need.

Strange, because Gronze, Mundicamino and Eroski don't have it on the list of SdC albergues.

In previous years the Franciscans opened their albergue only for a few months in summer as far as I know that is still the case. Buen Camino, SY
