From Caldas da Rainha to Coimbra

What is the best way to get from Caldas da Rainha to Coimbra by train or by bus?
Is it difficult to find the bus or railway station?
And fron Coimbra to Aveiro?
It seems to me that buses goes more often.

I did the reverse journey by train. It was easy and enjoyable but you had to change trains at Coimbra B which is just out of town and on the main line. The CP website gives details.

From Caldas da Rainha to Coimbra I'd suggest you take a bus. I'd be easier and faster.
From Coimbra to Aveiro definitely train!
