My wife and I are so excited we can hardly sleep. But we still have a month before we leave Florida for Spain.

First thing, I thank everyone on the forum for sharing experiences, ideas, and suggestions. This is a great community. The photos, journals and stories are wonderful.

Although we will be in Spain for about 2 weeks, we are only going to be able to walk the "Baby Camino", Sarria to Santiago. We hope that this is just our warm-up for the entire Camino Frances in the next couple of years.

Even though we will only manage the last few stages, we will be visiting several sites in La Rioja and Castillo y Leon in our whirlwind tour. We hope to see some of you on these sections. So if you see a couple of crazy folks yelling and waving, it is most likely Beth and I wishing you 'Buen Camino'.

We love Spain, and I have relatives in Santander. So we'll be spending a lot of time with them. I plan on doing a trip blog for our family and friends here in the U.S., and I'll post a link here when we get it all together.

Thanks again for making this a fine and worthwhile forum. And thanks especially to Ivar for doing such a great job with the forum.
