Getting from Santiago to Pamplona Airport

Does anyone have information on getting from Santiago back to Pamplona to fly out to the USA? One of my walkers booked her exit flight from Pamplona instead of SCQ and I can't find a bus, train, or flight from SCQ to Pamplona. Alsa says they go to Pamplona, but I can't get the website to give the schedule or price.

ALSA have a bus. Not sure what day you want it, and I'm not sure if it runs every day.
I put in 24th August and got:
leaves Santiago 09.45 arrives Pamplona 19.45 for €50.88
Renfe has a train, leaves 08.42 arrives 17.08 costs €54.50
I know which one I would go for

A lot depends on the time of the flight I suppose.

How much is the penalty to change Pamplona for SDC?
Or can this person start the trip in Madrid (with the airline's authorization? and go directly to Madrid instead of Pamplona.
