Getting to Ferrol from Barcelona

Hello,

I am trying to figure out the best way to get to Ferrol from Barcelona to begin the Camino around August 9th of this year.

One idea was to head up to Bilbao and take the FEVE trains, but that seems like it could take many days, and I was unable to find much information about scheduling. Are there other options? Bus to Leon and then a bus up to Ferrol? What would you recommend?

What about flying http://www.vueling.com (they seem to be updateing their website right now) to La Coruña? If you book in advance, you can get good deals.
