Three hours sounds like plenty of time provided you know what your doing. It has taken me an average of 25 mins to get from plane through the passport stamp to my luggage pick-up. Grab your bag exit the swing doors turn right and follow the signs to T4 Metro- 25 mins walling in Airport to T4 including using vending to get metro ticket. On the metro is takes an average of 40 min total. (see insert). Rende trains going to Pamplona depart from Atocha). A metro Line starts at T4 at the airport.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
