Hi all
I managed to pick up the Route to Santiago - The Silver Route a practical guide for Pilgrims produced by http://www.turismocastillayleon.com ph 902 20 30 30. 2010 edn
I picked it up in Zamora and it covers all these itineraries:
the Portuguese route
the silver route to Astorga then Camino Frances
Mozarabic-Sanabria route
Very lightweight and practical. Has list of albergues in each town and items of interest but also distances from each town.
It is A6 size and has two cyclists on the front cover which is red and purple. If you ask at the tourist offices you might be able to pick up a copy. It is produced in english, spanish, german, french and dutch. Not sure about any other languages.

Sharon.
