Here is a handy map and guide of the department of the Lot, with some information on places to stay and grab water & the like. It is in French, but then again, so is the nation. 
I wasn't able to find an English version. My favorite parts are the section maps that show services and distances between villages, like a subway map or AAA trip book from the days of yore.
