Happy New Year. It has just ticked over into 2021 here in NZ. I wandered down to the local school to watch the fireworks . It is a spot where neighbours hang out as it has a great view. The usual number of locals were there. I did take a video but you can't see much so I haven't posted it

The video in this article is much better than mine, even so, this year's fireworks were much more subdued than last year. I guess that the City Council is saving taxpayer money.
