Has anyone bussed from Santiago to Seville or Granada?

I was just curious if any of the forum members had taken the bus from Santiago down to either Seville or Granada? I had some questions:

Is there more than one bus line traveling down there?

The trip is long, do you suggest breaking it up into two days or biting the bullet and just doing it?

Is it necessary to take food or are there stops for eating?

Any other suggestions?
