Have one week in March/April - what would you do?

Several years ago my oldest son and I cycled from Burgos to Santiago during his Spring Break from high school in April. We loved it.

I have a couple more high school kids now and want to walk part of the trail with them for Spring Break. We'd have a full 7 days of walking. What would you suggest for the best segment of the Camino (for scenery, culture, and weather) that time of year?

And we don't have to end in Santiago (though that would be nice) - on bike we blasted through so fast, I'd like to slow it down and enjoy the experience, even with our limited time schedule.

I would go South, Málaga - Córdoba in mozarabe, or Sevilla-Mérida in la plata

Have you considered the Camino Inglés? It can be done in less than 7 days of walking. I walked it with my 10 & 12 year olds last year.

We'd have a full 7 days of walking.

Camino Magic, Santiago to Finisterre in three days, 1 day to Muxia and 3 days return to Santiago and receive two Compestelas for the price of one

Sarria to Santiago is a classic. Plenty of infrastructure for the kids, and can be done in 7 days.
