May 2023: Via Francigena, Lucca to Rome
Le Puy-en-Velay is a rest day on the 2017 Tour de France, and it looks like the route crosses the chemin a few times between July 15 to July 18. If anyone will be walking in the area during this time, MMDD recommends making your reservations ASAP!

I wish I could time my own camino to intersect with the tour - it would be an exciting sight.

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
Fortunately July seems to be more lightly travelled on the Le Puy route, due to warm weather and timing of holidays. Thanks for the reminder though!

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
