So, in all the confusion of returning home, I seem to have deleted the email/bill I got from the Emergency Department of the Hospital in Estella where I went to get my arm x-rayed after my fall. In order to submit the bill to my insurance, I need a copy of it, but I've searched high and low and all I can figure is I somehow deleted it.

Can anyone give me an email address for the Billing Department of the hospital in Estella so I can email them and request a duplicate bill?

Thanks.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Depending on which email system you use, you could look specifically in the deleted folder of your email system.

Most systems move deleted emails to a "deleted" folder before actually deleting it at a later date.

Also, by default those systems don't search the deleted folder. If you open the folder then you can probably search within it.

Any idea where I'd find the deleted folder??? I have a MacBook Air and was using gmail.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.

I will look a bit later on tonight.

Edit:

On my phone it is called "Bin" and it is the bottom folder in the list, just under "Spam". As the other lady pointed out it could well be called a number of names that mean the same thing: Bin, Trash, Deleted.

It might also be useful to check your Spam folder, it may have got in there somehow and the Spam folder is also not searched by default.

Hoping I have the correct Hospital de Medico. Its name was not offered in the original request.

Go here and state your request. A general email address is provided as well. Getting a direct billing address could be acquired if a phone call is made, perhaps. Also consider providing a Spanish translation. Even a rudimentary attempt will be well received.

Don't try to find the email using your Mac email system. Rather go into your Gmail account via the web. Log into your Gmail account on the web. And then just search for your email that way. It's there you just need to find it by doing a search. By the way I broke my ankle 4 weeks ago hiking the Camino Portuguese hiking out of Tomar. So I feel your pain. Can't wait to get back on the Camino.

Annie, open your folders and check if there is a trash folder. I just checked my Gmail and there isn’t a deleted folder but there is a trash folder.

If it's in the "trash" file it won't come up in a regular search. She can find the trash file on the left side of the screen - may need to click on a small down arrow for the complete list of folders. If it was recently deleted it will show up near the top of the emails in trash, or while she is within the trash folder she can search. I would try simple search words like "hospital," "Estrella," or "factura" - Spanish for invoice.

Hmm mine opens right up to any and all emails deleted. I was encouraging her to open the trash folder and look for the email there, not using search. Anyway, hopefully one of these suggestions will work!

This is what the folders look like on my Gmail app on my phone.

Click on all mail and then do a search for the email there. All mail contains all your email including deleted emails
I think that part of the issue is that Annie wasn't exactly sure what to search for. In that case with a recent deletion it's sometimes best to just view everything in the trash folder, paying attention to the dates.
