Hey.Almut, wer bist du? Wie alt,.welche Vorstellumgen vom weg/von den wegbegleitern?
Ich gehe auch so am 2.10. los, weiß aber noch nicht, ob ab Malaga oder Sevilla.
Bevorzuge.Malaga, dann aber nicht alleine sonst wieder.ab Sevilla.
Wäre nett, wenn.du dich meldest.....

Hey Almut, vielleicht gehe ich auch am 2.10. in Sevilla los. Vielleicht auch in Granada. Bin die Via schon 3x gelaufen. Ist immer wieder schön.
Wer bist du und was machst du so? Müsste ja auch ein bischen passen, wenn man zusammen los läuft.
Ich bin ein guterhaltener 60er und in Altersteilzeit. Von daher viel unterwegs, auch auf Caminos in Spanien, aber auch in Asien

schön, daß Du Dich gemeldet hast. Es ist das zweite Mal , daß ich auf dem Camino wandere. Uch war vorher in anderen Regionen (Norwegen) unterwegs. Ich bin Anfang 50.
Ich komme aus Madrid in Sevilla am 2.10. morgen mit dem Bus an und wollte erst einmal weiter bis Guillena fahren, da ich auf im deutschen Pilgerforum gelesen habe, daß die Gegend zwischen Sevilla und Guillena nicht ganz sicher sei. So würde ich mich freuen, auf der erste Etappe einen Mitpilger zu treffen und dann doch von Sevilla loslaufen. Gruß Almut

Hey Almut,
also, es ist absolut sicher auf der Via, auch die erste (halbe) Etappe Sevilla-Guillena. Alles andere ist Blödsinn.Bin noch dieses Jahr im April da gelaufen, alles easy!

Sadly, I will not be returning to Spain until next April, and even then I will be walking along the Camino del Norte, starting in Gijon. The VdelaP is a challenging walk, but I enjoyed it and I hope you will too. the first day from the cathedral, through Sevilla, across the bridge, through Camas to the gates of Italica is an uninspiring plod and you could skip these 10-15 km without loosing any of the pilgrim rewards.

Many of the municipal albergues will start to close down for the winter, so you might have to walk longer stages to find shelter. Once you pass salamanca, you should not have any problems finding accomdations in municipal albergues. From galicia all the xunta de galicia albergues are opened and the buildings are modern. The xunta de galicia has recently raised theirprice from €5 to €6, but it is still a bargain.
