Future: 2019
Best wishes to all.

I am preparing for another Camino Frances in 2019 and my dates are flexible. That said, I would like to avoid calendar dates that the CF may be unusually busy because of national or local holidays. I have listed below the holidays I believe may impact the number of pilgrims and would like to avoid these dates. Does anyone have any additions that need to be added?

January 1 New Years (National)
January 6 Epiphany (National)
April 14 - 21 Easter (National)
May 1 Labor Day (National)
July 6 - 14 San Fermin Festival (Pamplona)
August 15 Assumption of Mary (National)
October 12 Hispanic Day (National)
November 1 All Saints Day (National)
December 6 Constitution Day (National)
December 8 (9) Immaculate Conception (National)
December 25 Christmas (National)

Thank you all and I hope this may help others in their planning.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Best wishes to all.

March 15-19 is Las Fallas in Valencia.

That's me doing a 'Billy no mates' impression then because I'm enroute in March.
Not quite...I'm arriving on 11th March...may see you there...

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
I'm planning to start on May 1 (Labor Day). What should I expect? Since it will be my first day and I will be pre-booking at St. Jean and Roncesvalles, I'm not worried about anything, I'm just curious.
