The CSJ site is one of my very first resources I found back in '04 and have been using ever since. These are also the only guides I've used, and they've never failed me despite my own ineptness. Guides arrive quickly, at least from UK to California.

In response to a PM about this Ivar has added a section in the resources area specifically for 'Camino Pilgrim Associations'. I have just added CSJ (UK) to it.
Hopefully those who have the information of other confraternities (eg CSJ South Africa) will add further resources in this section.
