IMHO, my advice is to take the "Le Bus Direct" from CDG to Gare Montparnasse, a TGV direct to Bayonne, and the TER #62 train to St. Jean Pied de Port.
There are also overnight buses from Paris to Bayonne. The journey takes about 9.5 hours. I booked mine for 25 Euros.
