Is there a link where numbers are posted - how many pilgrims arrive in Santiago each day?
I've searched, but I'm not too good at it I guess.
Help?

I just took a screen shot of the office in Santiago
Just click on the little flag at the top right hand side to see the UK flag....then the info is shown in Spanish image.png

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Just make sure you use the URL as shown above. For some reason the English language link does not work as well or as consistently as the direct, Spanish page.

The correct link: https://oficinadelperegrino.com/

This should work consistently. I have it as my iPhone browser (Chrome) home page.

I doubt that is true.

No matter what I try, Chrome, Firefox, IE, I don't seem to be able to download the month to month figures for 2019. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong or if there is another source?

When the chosen language is English it shows zero. The Spanish flag indicates that the current language is English, and if you want to change to Spanish you need to click or tap the Spanish flag. Screenshot_20190923-062447_Firefox.jpg

Upon changing to Spanish I got this.

When I start my Chrome browser on my smartphone, this is the home page. If the number is not changed from what I last viewed, I merely reload the page using the ( ... ) menu at the bottom right corner of the screen. It always works for me.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.

The monthly figures for July 2019 and August 2019 are not available. The local Spanish newspapers would always publish a smallish article at the beginning of each month, as soon as the monthly totals for the previous month had appeared online on the Oficina's website, and dwell on new records.

Currently they produce the odd article here and there but they have to work with the little data that is available to you and me, such as the day when the 200,000th pilgrim arrived this year or one particular record day in September when the daily number was around 2,000.

So either neither machine nor man is currently doing the adding up of the daily figures or there's a reason behind it. I can't see any reason, though, because anyone with enough patience and discipline can record the daily figures and add them up themselves at the end of the month, either on the back of an envelope or in Excel. 🙃
