I would like to ask a small help how to reach easiest/quickest/safest/cheapest Leon to start my Camino in Aug? I have direct flight connection to Madrid, Barcelona or Paris. Thank You very much for your help in advance!

Check out the RENFE train and ALSA bus sites for transfers from Madrid or Barcelona. Travelling from those will probably be easier and cheaper than from Paris which could get a bit complicated.

Madrid will be the most convenient airport. There is bus service from the airport to Leon:
