In Pamplona and want to pick up my passport

I am currently in Pamplona during Sam Fermin and desire to acquire a passport. Does anyone know of an open office that I might be able to purchase one? I wanted to order it ahead of time, but ran out of time and figured I could just buy it here, but I hear that some places might be closed. I actually plan to walk the Camino Ingles, however my train doesn't arrive until later and I was hoping to walk ahead for my first night.

Since many Pamplona pilgrim albergues are closed during San Fermin for obtaining your Credencial now try either the cathedral or the tourist office.
