I use the stretchable KT Tape and am wondering, can I find it enroute or should I bring enough to see me thru to the end??

The 9th edition the Lightfoot Guide will let you complete the journey your way.
Hi Kathy - I’ confused by the heading. SF? San Francisco? Or is that meant to be CF? If Camino Frances, then yes, you can find different types of similar tape along the route in pharmacies. Not sure about the price difference. I was with someone who bought a roll on the Via de la Plata and it was horrrendously expensive.

Yes - most of the better town pharmacies should be able to supply it. I bought a roll in Leon (May 2017).
You might like to write down the name in Spanish just to help those in the shop who have limited English. Cheers

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
I bought some at Decathalon in Burgos. In Portugal, I bought a brand called Mueller and it stuck much better than the KT brand I'd been using. I'd say bring two rolls if you're doing the CF.

Hello-
I saw KT tape in many pharmacies. I think it was Rock Tape. I came with one roll and bought a second along the way. I paid 15 euros, which was about the same cost in the US. (That tape saved my knee better than any knee brace or knee sleeve I have tried).
Good luck and enjoy.

The original KT take is expensive. I use copy makes with good result.
Two rolls that I bring along will serve me and mates that need it for a month.
The kinesiotape works by by streching lengthwise but not crosswise...
A product made in heaven - bring your own...

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

I've picked up the habit of taking pictures of my medication bottles, KT Tape, Creams, etc... and I show them to the pharmacist in Spain who would recognize a photo of say KT Tape, instead of relying on a brand name . A picture is worth 1000 words :)
