Is Vigo to Padron really steep?

Planning on doing the coastal route from Porto in May 2019
I'm looking to ride a road bike along the coast and move inland to Padron then finish in Santiago de Compostela starting possibly on May 12th. The leg of the trip that I'm struggling with is Vigo to Padron as it looks like it has multiple 200m elevation changes which I'm not sure I'm fit enough to ride.

I've considered taking a ferry from Vigo but every route still seems to include multiple 200m elevation changes.

I'm looking for input from those that have walked this section, is it really multiple 200m elevation changes? Do you have any suggestion of a different route that would minimise the elevation changes?

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
No just hills. I walked it no worries there. And we have a saying . Who loves his bike pushes it. (Wer liebt der schiebt)

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.
