Item left behind in Paris - advice?

Hello all, I need a bit of advice on how to retrieve an item (my husbands e-reader) that got left behind in Paris. The hotel is being less than helpful so I need to figure how to get it from the hotel to Santiago. Normally, I’d send pre-paid envelope but because it’s Spain and France - I’m at a loss as to what’s available and...how to accomplish this.

Any advice would be very appreciated!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
Buen Camino! Spain and France should be no problem, EU right? No Spanish? Explain the problem to your next hospitalière/a have them write out your request for a pre-paid envelope and pop into the next Post Office with the note. May this be your first, only, and worst experience on the Camino. Ivar is a busy soul but he also may have better advice. Try a PM direct to him.

I wonder if you can use something like https://www.sendmybag.com/ . I think they use DHL and you can set a pickup address and a destination address and pay online. The hotel would need to print out the shipping label. Not sure if the DHL driver has an envelope or not, but if not, they would need to get some sort of packaging as well.

Feel free to send it to me in Santiago if you like.

La Poste has prepaid envelopes for express delivery within EU. I think you can purchase online and have them delivered to the hotel. Prices strike me as quite expensive:

Prepaid / Padded / 1Kg / Express delivery to EU = €52 incl. tax

If you can have the hotel post it to an address in France, its cheaper

Prepaid / Padded / 1Kg / Express delivery to France = €29 incl. tax

Prepaid / Carton envelope / 500g / Normal delivery to France = €3.91 (+2.90 delivery fee) = €6.81

Are you walking in France right now?
