Itinerary for cycling

Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody knows of a recommended itinerary for Camino cyclists.

I'll be beginning in Roncesvalles on 8th June and want to get to Finisterre by the 26th/27th but will be spending around 3 days in Burgos mid-way through.

From what I've heard and read, it sounds do-able - averaging about 50km a day. I have a rough timetable and it seems fine but I'm a little worried about Burgos to Leon - it's more than 200kms and I am planning on doing it in 3 days. Does anybody know if this is too ambitious or is that stage relatively straightforward?

Also, is there a regular bus or train service going from Finisterre back to Santiago?

1 Roncesvalles - Pamplona
2 Pamplona - Los Arcos
4 Los Arcos - Santo Domingo de la Calzada
5 Sant Domingo - Burgos (Tarajados to be exact)
6 Burgos - Carrion de los Condes
7 Carrion de los Condes - Leon
8 Leon - Rabanal
9 Rabanal - Villafranca del Bierzo
10 Villafranca - Sarria
11 Sarria - M elide
12 Melide - Santiago de Compostela

I would not worry about the Burgos Leon section it is pretty flat and although we booked into the refugio in El Burgo Ranero we decided to cycle on the Leon in the late afternoon as it was boring sitting there instead of seeing what we could in Leon. 2 days is fine 3 days no problemo though stops in Fromista and Sahagun woul probably be better if you are going to take that long. I found Carrion de los Condes a very agreeable town and enjoyed our stop there.

How difficult was the terrain? I can bike for hours, but I do not do very well with hills...

The terrain is not too bad. The mountains there are are usually easy enough gradients they just go on and on. In Navarra and Rioja it is rolling countryside with hills but none too big. The Meseta between Burgos and Astorga is pretty flat. Galicia is like Navarra and Rioja smallish ups and downs.
