Hello! I am excited to begin planning my first Camino in July 2023. I'm attracted to the Portuguese Coastal route because I love the sea and worry about the heat but am open to other suggestions. This year I am required to travel in July and only have 14 days between the day I leave home and the day I return. I'm thinking Porto to Santiago may be too much. I enjoy walking slowly and deliberately and plan this trip as a meditation on getting through a difficult stage in my life. I am planning on using a tour company to transfer luggage and book accommodations so that I can focus on the walk itself. If my intentions inspire any recommendations or tips, I would greatly appreciate them. I hope to have my trip fully booked by mid-February. Thank you.
