Hi Everyone,
After walking the Camino Frances I am giving the opportunity to people who cannot undertake the walk to experience something of the Camino, by organising a Parish Pilgrimage (not heavily religious) by coach from St. Jean Pied de Port over the Pyrenees and across Northern Spain to Santiago and on to Finisterre. Some of us will walk a few miles at points along the way, but some will not be able to. Nevertheless I am aiming to give everyone an idea of what the Camino is like, to visit the wonderful places along the route, to see the Botafumeiro swinging, and generally to have a great time of fellowship they will never forget. If you know of anyone who might be interested (maybe having heard about your plans to walk!) please ask them to look at the McCabe Travel website and look for the parish pilgrimage of st. Andrew's Church in Rugby, England. We need one more person to make a viable group of fifteen, and I would be very sorry if I had to cancel it. I appreciate (having done it) that it's much better to walk, but not everyone can do that.
