The Almeria association has updated its pilgrim accommodation guide - June 2020 edition. You can download it from the Facebook page. (It's not on the website yet):
Nely says that lodgings from Almeria to Alcalá la Real have been confirmed. Lodgings from Alcalá la Real to Merida are to be confirmed.
From a quick review of the guide, it appears that all municipal albergues are temporarily closed for now. Some private homes are also closed. Most privately run hotels / hostales / and albergues are open but there are some exceptions. The gaps between albergues have gotten longer in places - notably from Alboloduy to Abla (26km) and La Peza to Quentar (28km). The facilities in the middle of those stages appear to be temporarily closed.
Bottom line - The camino is open if you can handle longer stages and afford private accommodations. You are advised to call ahead to confirm accommodation.
