I am just wondering if any experienced hikers could help me in regards to weather. I am trying to plan what to wear in the month of June. I am travelling from Ponferreta to Santiago from Jube 9-22. Will I need clothing to keep me warm-does it get cool? Or will the temperatures be warm? What about rain - generally in June. I know you can't predict the weather right now!! Thanks for your help

In 2014 I walked the CF in June and July (started on June 7th). Personally I didn't find it all that cold in June. I wore shorts and tech type t-shirts (long and short sleeved) everyday for my walking. I had a pair of long pants to put on in the evening, as well as a polyester fleece pullover to wear when I got chilly. I experienced heavy rain only one day (out of O'Cebreiro), and a light drizzle rain maybe two days from what I remember. Overall I found the weather to be really nice.
cheers

Thanks Mark Lee. You greatly helped me in what to take for clothing.

Thanks Mark for your response. I am walking the first time June 2-July whatever. Did you take a sleeping bag?
No...but I recommend taking something to sleep in. The lightest packable something you are comfortable with. There were a few nights (3-4) I wished I had at least a liner to sleep in.
Sleeping bags on the Camino are funny. There are a lot of times you wonder why you brought the damned thing with you, and others times you are glad to have it.
