Buen Camino Kathryn !!!

And for your journey an old Irish blessing :

Go n-éirí an bóthar leat
Go raibh an ghaoth go brách ag do chúl
Go lonraí an ghrian go te ar d'aghaidh
Go dtite an bháisteach go mín ar do pháirceanna
Agus go mbuailimid le chéile arís,
Go gcoinní Dia i mbos A láimhe thú.

May you have a sucessful journey (or literally 'may the road rise to greet you !!).
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
the rain fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of his hand.

the Necessities to buy what we need to plan ahead. and walking between 16 km and 20 at times. We yesterday walked 16 km . and I was so sore doing it" but never the less its good practice to do this as her and I can to make it better for us when we get there. I know well the walk will be the challenge Inshallah .
my wife told me the Parie's and the mountain climb will be the most. I am 52 now so if was a challenge for
a 90 year old man or someone28708_10150189587780422_5470177_n.jpg that was 80. Why not me as well my wife will be 46 and I 56. which she suffered a heart attack 2yrs ago.
