Last 100 km - which route based on these criteria:

My greetings to all; this is my very first post. I plan to walk the camino in just about a year. I'll have a week and would like to walk the last 100 km but am not sure which path to take. I'm female, will be turning 60, and in medium decent shape, but I've never done anything nearly this adventurous. I'll be alone by choice, and would prefer a quieter route. But I'll also need a route where places to sleep are not too few and far between - I know I can't walk the long stretches that are required for some routes. With that said, what route is most scenic, not too strenuous, and not too isolated, but still meets these criteria? I seem to always circle back to the Camino Frances based on all the research I've done, but want to make sure I'm not closing off other better options for a more contemplative experience. Thanks to all for any and all advice.

I only have experience of the Camino Frances and the Camino Portuguese when it comes to the last 100 km. I think they both are what you are looking for. No long stretches without albergues or hotels.
Just listen to all advice given here, pack light, and don't worry.

My experience is with the Camino Frances, Camino Ingles, and Camino Finisterre.

Camino Frances - probably the most noisy, but also the most vibrant of the three. Plenty of accommodation options.
Camino Ingles - quiet. Fewer albergues, but plenty of other options. If you are after a contemplative experience, in my experience this would be the better of the three.
Camino Finisterre, starting in Finisterre, walking to Muxia and then to Santiago. There are good accommodation options to support doing this over five days, rather than, for example following the four day pattern in Brierley.

None of the routes is particularly isolated, although the CF is least so. The other two both have days where you might be walking for 15km or so without a bar!
