Leon Hotel Closures?

Time of past OR future Camino
First one in 1977 by train. Many since then by foot. Next one ASAP.
From https://www.leonoticias.com/leon/hosteleria-leon-resignada-nuevo-cierre-20210113164528-nt.html

As of today.... "We estimate that 20% of the hotel and catering establishments have closed completely and will not reopen in the entire province of León . This is one of the consequences that it will have for one of the sectors most affected by the closures and restrictions to contain the advance of covid-19 in the province of León. And there are sure to be more in March. When the ERTEs are over, we will see the bankruptcy proceedings and there we will see the magnitude of the crisis" , remarks Paula Álvarez, manager of the León Hostelería Association."

Can anyone on the ground name specific closures?

It is easy to get overconcerned by news like this. The truth is that while 20% of businesses may go bust the buildings and infrastructure will remain and after the current crisis is over most if not all will be bought from the liquidators by a new generation of hoteliers and restaurateurs. It might take a year or two, but all will eventually re-open to provide food and lodging along the way. Sad news for the curent owners who stand to lose their business, but not necessarily for future customers. 300,000 travellers per year on the Camino will provide a business opportunity that ensures this will happen.

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
