Camino Portuguese - Lisbon to Santiago - Apr 2018

Well this is my day to day interpretation of the Portuguese Camino. [from Lisbon to Santiago]
Some people may not like it. There were certainly highs and lows. I always try to see the beauty in everything my eyes witness, and everywhere my feet carry me. Our intentions were to stay in some albergues along the way, but with feet & leg injuries to my partner we opted for a more comfortable alternative. Perhaps some would suggest that’s not fully embracing the pilgrim spirit? As with our first Camino, [CF] the feeling walking into Santiago was certainly as euphoric as ever.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
We did the Frances this year, st jean to Santiago and are planning our second camino next spring. I wonder if you would be kind enough to send your itinerary to us including your accommodations. It may help us to decide which route we will walk. Thanks

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Well done, funny I had just watched your video on YouTube when I typed in Camino Portuguese. For an aside Julian the day you two finished the CP was the day my husband and I finished the CF. So we arrived in Santiago the same day :D . We are now talking of doing the CP but trying to figure out how many days it will take and how many km's a day. We aren't in a rush but want a fantasy plan that we won't stick to.

I would like to walk the river route in Tui next month. I can see on google maps exactly where it starts, but it seems a bit overgrown. Has anybody used this route this year or last year...
Hello, my friend of 50+ years and I are on our first Camino walk. We are looking for: 1) safe, comfortable hostels in Lisbon; 2) stages from Lisbon to Porto (via Tomar) in about 16 days...
Hi I have searched everywhere to see if there is a luggage service from Lisbon to Porto. I know there is from Porto to Santiago, but Lisbon ???. Thanks for any info.
