Local bus destinations and timetables

Time of past OR future Camino
2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017,2018, (2019)
I met two pilgrims today in Moratinos. One has an injury that means she can’t walk any distance right now, though she dearly hopes it will improve in the next week or two.
For now, she wants to take local buses that will stop in the pueblos her friend will walk to each day. She has been using taxis, but this is proving a tad expensive.

The practical problem she has is finding local bus timetables on the Alsa website. For example, her friend is thinking of walking to El Burgo Ranero (EBR) tomorrow, but it’s not clear whether or where a bus can be taken from Sahagún to EBR.
So, where can she find this type of information in Sahagún, on the internet, or anywhere else? Thanks in advance!

Very Impressive! How did you access that information@SabineP? Was it Alsa? At the risk of sounding greedy, do you know the location of the bus stop in downtown Sahagún?

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
I use an app on my android called moovit. It downloads local info and will find buses, trains, planes, metro etc. I've used it in Spain Italy and uk and I think it is wonderful! It even directs you to the bus stop and tell you when to get off!
