It is so easy. Walk downhill on the street in front of the Parador. The Parador will be on your right. Make a right at the first street. The Church of San Fructuosa will be in front of you on the left across the street. (Check it out if you can). Keep walking straight, pass the post office on the left and there is the Pilgrim Office a little further down on the left. There are always some security people and pilgrims out in front. Impossible to miss.

I found it difficult to find the office from a non English speaking Spaniard. A map will be useful for the first timer.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
Past the Parador on your right, proceed down the ramp. Turn right at the corner - at the bottom of the ramp. The Pilgrim Office is at the end of the street on your left - about 100 meters down. Just follow the others.

Hope this helps.
