We are 2 ladies with a dream of running an albergue /hostel.

We are curious if there are currently any albergues available for rent.

We are experienced camino walkers. In addition, we have experience in the hospitality industry, tourism and entrepreneurship and we are ready for a new challenge.

You might do well to contact a sample of albergues directly, randomly selected but from across the entirety of the route you are thinking of. Not asking them specifically if they are interested in renting but exactly what you have posted above. They will have heard it through the grapevine.

Yes, that's correct. I've seen Ernesto's post on Facebook. He is open to renting (price varies according to season but can't find the prices now) or sell which if I recall is €300.000.
