Hi everyone,

Just in case anyone reads this and is passing through. I misplaced my tracker at the Albergue in Sao Pedro de Rates. Picture attached. If you come across it, please can you message me to see if there is a way of getting it to me?

Just on an off chance, Thanks!

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Sorry to hear of your misplaced tracker. Every second poster on here in the last week seems to have lost something, but a couple have been quickly reunited.

You could ask the hospitaleros at your next stop to phone the albergue in San Pedro?

Not to sidetrack this thread; but it would be interesting to hear what you made of church-visiting in due course.

Ha! Such an obvious solution and it hadn’t crossed my mind! I’ll do that at the next stop and see what comes of it.

Today was day 3, I went into the church at Barcelos, absolutely stunning. I sat for a few minutes. To be honest, I’ve been so wiped out each day, I haven’t had the energy to enquire about services at local churches. In Barcelos, as I had another 10km to go to get to Tamel, I didn’t even take a look around, I don’t think my feet could take it!

I might just have to focus on the Pilgrim Mass in Santiago.

It’s 3am here in Tamel, I was woken up by the chorus of snoring and so I’m packing up to start my walk. It’s another tough day for me, I’d like to get to Ponte de Lima. Will post again if I manage to attend a service.
