My wife and I will be walking the Camino Sanabres from Ourense through to Santiago late September, early October 2018. We are planning to stay in hotels and pensions and walk with only day packs. Does anyone know of a luggage forwarding service which would shuttle our luggage via taxi/car from one hotel to the next?

We used Correos. (Make sure that they know exactly the dates and the pick up spots as one of the days they did not pick up and deliver and I called them and referred them to the e-mail and they corrected their mistake.)

Correos is the postal system I believe. If that is correct please confirm. If it’s the name of a forwarding company or service do you have any contact info?

Plan to walk VDLP, sanabres
We are using Correos to transfer our luggage to each stop from Ourense to Santiago. In Castro Dozon they do not deliver to the albergue but instead take it to Cafe Bar Canton. Does anyone know the distance between those two places? Will we need a taxi to retrieve our luggage?

I put it into Google Maps and it looks like it's a 7 minute walk - assuming I got the details correct.

I think all the cafés in Castro Dozon are close to the Albergue. :) We had our bag sent ahead through Correos, too, and it was perfect, not a hitch.
