We will be flying to Bilbao, arriving at 10.00 then catching the bus to Logrono, arriving around 12.00. Is it possible to have luggage transfered to the next stop that late in the day?

We used Caminofacil in 2017 who advise leaving bags for collection by 0800 "in order to ensure a prompt delivery" which could mean that there is some flexibility ; we certainly saw bags awaiting collection at 0930 or so but 1200 does seem a little ambitious. You should email the various suppliers to ask ; Caminofacil were very responsive.

Caminofacil picks up the luggage fairly early in the morning - but you can contact them on their website and make arrangements to have the luggage transported at the time you wish, I imagine. Ask them for the price - you may pay a bit more for that first day.
